1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product:
    If the product you received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. Incorrect Product:
    If the product received is different from what you ordered (wrong color, item, or model).
  3. Wrong Size:
    If the product delivered is of a different size than what was mentioned or selected in your order.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue.
  • You provide photo or video evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size product.

3. Return Process

  1. Step 1: Contact our customer support at support@emiraa.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Step 2: Share your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images or videos.
  3. Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm if your return is approved.
  4. Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back.

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance unless they fall under the eligible return conditions above.
